Poop’n Scoop’n Terms of Service
Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to the services from Poop’n Scoop’n.
Pricing Policy
Quotes in most cases are accurate; however, no pricing is final until the yard is fully inspected on the first visit. We will communicate with you if there is any price change before starting services.
Customers who choose to pause services for any reason will be subject to initial cleaning fees before being added to the monthly service again.
Payment Policy
Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.
Payments for reoccurring services are due 30 days from the invoice date. If you become past due, we will apply a $10 late fee to the invoice.
Weather Policy
Poop’n Scoop’n operates 12 months a year and will always show up when weather conditions are safe regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions.
If we are unable to provide service for one week due to unsafe conditions, we will perform double doody the following week and you will still be charged for the missed week. This is because the skipped waste does not go away. We still need to pick up the skipped waste for the following visit.
If a client chooses to postpone service for that week due to snow, you will still be charged for that week due to us pulling double doody the following week.
Clients who maintain their subscription throughout the winter will not be charged for a spring cleanup when all the snow melts and will continue with their subscription plan with locked-in rates.
Leaves and tall grass
We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that
maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The
customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a
yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be
some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get
anything that is missed from the previous visit if the yard has been maintained since then.
Accessing your yard Policy
The Customer understands that if Poop’n Scoop’n can’t access the area
needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will
be skipped and charges will still apply. Poop’n Scoop’n suggests adding gate
combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we
come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.
Dangerous Pet Policy
Poop’n Scoop’n loves working with dogs! Our technicians have no problem working with your dog in the yard.
If it is evident that your dog is aggressive or will not let us clean the yard, we will make attempts to contact you by knocking on the door and calling. If we are unable to clean due to a dangerous dog, you will still be charged for the visit and Poop’n Scoop’n will pull double doody the following week.

Cancelation Policy
Poop’n Scoop’n has no contracts and customers can cancel services for any reason with 48 hours’ notice. Customers can call to cancel at 860-502-2984.
Customers that pause services for certain times of the year will be subject to initial cleanup fees, or spring cleanup fees when they return to their monthly subscription.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
Holidays
Poop’n Scoop’n does not provide services on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pickup day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and perform double doody the following week. You will still be charged if your services fall on one of our closed holidays. We still have to do the work and pick up all the poop from the service that was missed.
Holiday Shut Down
We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Years Day. You will be billed at your normal rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shut down.
